- Restaurant, fast food, and in-flight meal management
PERFORMANCE&INJURYNUTRITION
- Practice and game/match day weight monitoring for dehydration prevention
- Pre-game/match eating (home and away, including clubhouse and food during games)
- Game time hydration and calorie intake
- Proper, supervised supplementation focusing on natural, organic foods & ingredients
- Special needs (back to back games, overtime, late game ‘lead legs’)
- Eating for healing/injury recovery (as needed)
RECOVERYNUTRITION
