Menu planning offers a guideline for daily meals. After calculation of calorie needs for your specific goal, the timing and macronutrient (carbohydrates, protein and fat) will be laid out for you to use as a roadmap each day.
Introduction to natural health solutions is a gift of knowledge. We are exposed to many toxins each day, which can decrease the efficiency of our bodies function. By learning about doTERRA Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils and whole food and essential oil supplements, you can choose to use natural products to help decrease the toxic load in your body and environment. Supermarket nutrition tours can be done either in person, locally or virtually. You will gain further insight on the Nutrition Facts food labels, take an isle by isle tour of the supermarket, look at labels, compare products and learn some healthier substitutes for your favorite higher fat/sugar foods. You will also get product suggestions specific to your goals and sports performance needs. This is a fun, hands on way to making positive food choices at the store.

Lachael’s beach fitness workouts include a mix of cardio, strength training, functional fitness (core), and flexibility. Each class is different and challenging, but fun no matter where you’re at with your fitness level.
The goal of Lachael’s beach fitness classes is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance through challenging exercises, positive reinforcement and a fun group atmosphere, all at beautiful Seacliff beach. Here are some details:
* Individual goals and any injuries are discussed and set prior to starting classes
* We start and end each class with experiencing doTERRA essential oils for overall wellness
* Workouts are 60 minutes, including warm up, stretching and cool down
* No equipment required, everything will be provided
* Create a sense of camaraderie among other class participants
